Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AUVURE (the "Service"), operated by us ("AUVURE", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using AUVURE, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Use of the Service

AUVURE is a travel planning tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial trip planning, or as otherwise permitted by us. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

AUVURE Pro is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for successive periods equal to your billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings (Profile → Manage Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access through that date, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. We do not store your card details; payment information is handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may change subscription pricing prospectively. If we do, we'll provide notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

Your Content

You own the trip data, photos, and documents you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. By setting a trip's visibility to public or sharing it via Discover, you grant other users the ability to view it and, where the feature allows, copy it as a template into their own account.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to upload it (including photos and documents). Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that you don't have permission to share.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on AUVURE infringes your copyright, send a notice to auvuretravel@gmail.com identifying the work, its location on the Service, and your contact information. We will review and remove infringing content where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying software, is owned by AUVURE and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service, our trademarks, or our other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by law.

AI-Generated Content

AUVURE uses AI to help generate itineraries, suggestions, and other content. AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Always independently verify critical details — prices, availability, visa/entry requirements, opening hours, and safety information — with official or authoritative sources before relying on them.

Travel Services Disclaimer

AUVURE is a planning tool, not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking provider. We do not own, operate, control, or guarantee any flights, accommodations, activities, or other third-party travel services referenced or linked in the Service. Any bookings you make are between you and the relevant third-party provider, subject to that provider's own terms, policies, and cancellation rules. AUVURE is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of any third-party travel provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data or accounts, interfere with the Service's operation, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated or third-party information will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUVURE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for travel disruptions, booking errors, missed reservations, or inaccuracies in AI-generated itineraries or third-party content. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AUVURE harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (such as an in-app notice or email) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AUVURE operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
